° By submitting your film, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to all terms and conditions set forth herein
° All fees are non-refundable
° Not all the submissions are selected for the official competition. Our Judges are free to make their own choices and no answers will be given about not selected films
° Filmmakers can submit the film in multiple categories in order to become a multi-award film. Still, the decision about the selection is strictly determined by our judges’ team and no selection is guaranteed
° Your film may be selected for another category
° Submitting your movie, you authorize the festival to use, distribute and share the film poster, trailer, synopsis and movie stills.
° Films can be available online and still be entered in the competition for our festival
° Shorts must be less than 50 minutes. Feature more than 52 minutes.
° The films must include English subtitles unless the spoken language is English
° We do not require premiere status
° By submitting a film, the participant confirms that they hold all necessary rights and permissions for the film and its content, including music, visuals, and intellectual property
° Participants grant us the right to use clips, trailers, and promotional materials from the submitted films for marketing and promotional purposes
° Disqualified films will not be eligible for refunds of any kind
° PNCFA reserves the right to determine the date, time, and location of screenings

° All winners and Honorable Mentions receive a certificate (pdf/jpg file)
